  • At Solar Nails, we hope to please our customers in every way possible. We are devoted to superior customer relations, providing a soothing atmosphere, and are willing to grow and learn.
  • We do not provide refunds on services.
  • Please keep an eye on your children at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by running or horseplay.
  • Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
  • Please watch your step and be careful with the wet floors
  • Please inform us of any health conditions before we start your services.
  • Please inform our technician if you have diabetes so we can properly care for you during the service, cutting services are not allowed.
  • If you want to choose a color, please try to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
  • If you arrive 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, we might ask you to take a Walk-in appointment.
  • Other customers may be allergic to animals, so we recommend not bringing any animals for the convenience and safety of every customer.
